Available qualities and sizes

Atlantic ED Bonded Control Wheels

The following standard qualities are recommended for general thru-feed and plunge applications:

from

NK1 100-B ED9 (normal surface finish requirements)

to

NK1 220-B ED9 (finer surface finish requirements)

For more demanding application the following qualities are recommended:

from

NK1 120S-B ED9 (normal surface finish requirements)

to

NK1 180S-B ED9 (finer surface finish requirements)

For applications requiring softer control wheel grades we propose:

from

NK1 100-B ED1 (normal surface finish requirements)

to

NK1 150-B ED1 (finer surface finish requirements)

Application specific qualities also available.

10 – 305 mm in one piece (from ½’’ to 12’’)
> 305 mm in 2 or 3 pieces (> 12’’)
