October 2006: double side grinding Innovative solution in the double side grinding! Using a non abrasive disk (guiding disk), bound with synthetic resin, a one-sided treatment of workpieces is possible. August 2006: ball fine grinding with ATLANTIC ball grinding wheels The new generation of resin-bonded ball grinding wheels for fine grinding (2. and 3. fine grinding of ball bearing wheels) are ready to be launched. We are able to reach quality category G5 with the classic as with the stone-to-stone process. It is also possible to use solid cooling lubricants for future applications. March 2006: ATLANTIC ball wheels to process ceramic balls: Specially the high removal rate and the good environmental compatibility provide the high acceptance of this new developed method to grind ceramic balls (basic material: Si3N4, ZrO2 and others). This method also stand the test in practice already.
